BSL – English: Moving Further on the Journey to Mastery

BSL – English – Moving Further on the Journey to Mastery

David Wolfenden

A one-day, intensive workshop to rehearse interpreting from BSL into English in a safe environment under increasingly difficult challenges.

Recent feedback from interpreters:

‘Thank you for an excellent day’s training. I came because this is an area I consider to be my weakest and I am leaving with some real guidance on how to take the pressure off myself.’

‘Today exceeded my expectations. I had hoped to come away with some coping strategies but didn’t expect to use them so intensively on the day.’

‘I liked the way materials were presented. It felt like a workshop where we weren’t talked at but felt we were already viewed as professionals who are valued in our practice. Excellent course!’

Two days of tips, tricks and strategies designed to gently and gradually train our brains to go a step further when rendering
interpretations. A safe place where, without pressure, we get the opportunity to rehearse and
refine what we do.
